April - May 2024: Guatemala

• Hiked Volcan de Acatenango, camped in tents overnight at basecamp, and woke up at 5am to watch the eruptions from Volcan Fuego at sunrise

• Rode ATVs around Antigua and toured a coffee plantation

• Learned how to surf in El Paredon

• Went mangrove kayaking

• Took time, critically, to relax, rest, and simply enjoy traditional Guateman cuisine and coffee without forcing upon myself the expectation or pressure to achieve, optimize, or perform
